Core values to many organizations tend to be the wishful thinking of corporate structures. Rarely do you peel back the outer layers of a corporation and find that it successfully lives out its values.

These values are the heart of what make us unique. These will not only be things we strive for they will serve as the sift for everything we do. There will be times when were are faced with engaging some good thing. If that good thing fails to fit our values, we will leave it behind for something better.
